Heart ornaments from wool scrap

I couple more ornaments, this time made from wool swatches I have in my stash. I used a pattern piece I made for my scrappy heart valentines.

I cut two hearts from this wool fabric.

I sewed the two pieces together -wrong sides together. I used my industrial Pfaff walking foot. I started at the top with my ribbon inserted so that when I backtacked, I would hit the ribbon and reinforce that at the same time.

I added a little stuffing half way around to make the ornaments puffy. Then I finished sewing around making sure to keep the stuffing inside.

Finished product. The raw edges can be left unfinished because it is wool and will not unravel. These were so easy, I will make more.
